Monitoring with artificial intelligence

January 28, 2021

Our challenge and goals

The customer needed a solution for effective monitoring of a large-scale infrastructure with many nodes and diverse data sources. Existing processes required significant manual effort for data collection, evaluation, and interpretation, which slowed down response times to potential incidents.

The main challenge was to create a system capable of processing different types of data from multiple sources, automatically identifying deviations and anomalies, and predicting potential issues before they impact the quality or availability of services.

The goal was to ensure a reliable and proactive monitoring solution powered by artificial intelligence, enabling the customer to maintain a high standard of service and minimize the risk of outages.

Our solution

We created an intelligent monitoring system that uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning algorithms to process and evaluate large volumes of data. The system automatically analyzes data, logs, and metrics from various sources and can detect anomalies or fluctuations in real time that may threaten service quality or availability.

When a potential problem is detected, the system provides a prediction of the status of individual nodes or services within a defined time horizon. Using a neural network, the system calculates the probability of service degradation or failure for each node, enabling proactive intervention before a real outage occurs.

The result is a solution that combines automation, predictive analytics, and continuous monitoring, reducing the need for manual intervention and increasing overall system reliability.
