Our customer

Woodsol is a modern company focused on delivering professional services in forestry and the timber industry.

The company supports forest owners and managers and provides specialized services such as logging and silviculture activities, maintenance of neglected areas, timber trading, and forest mass records.

Our challenge and goals

The aim of the project was to replace time-consuming processes associated with paper administration – from manual form filling and data rewriting to volume calculations performed using tables, where errors frequently occurred.

Our ambition was to create a solution easily accessible to all foresters and forest managers, while also including every form required for everyday fieldwork.

The main challenge was to ensure that the forms in the application comply with defined rules and STN standards, and that digital processing would fully replace manual document completion and administrative tasks, that previously slowed down the entire workflow.

Our solution

We developed the Wooder mobile application as a unified and intuitive tool for forest work, available even offline. The application reflects real foresters’ needs and covers all common field operations.

Foresters have access to a complete set of forms and templates compliant with current legislation. Documents can be easily filled in, generated as PDFs, stored on the device, prefilled with saved entities, shared with colleagues, or printed via a portable printer – all directly in the field.

The solution is designed modularly, allowing future expansion with additional functionalities based on customer needs.

The application offers:

  • Automatic volume calculations without risk of errors.

  • Pre-prepared forms compliant with the latest standards for various forestry activities.

  • Stand maps connected to GPS localization showing real-time position.
