Our customer
The EMPIRE language institute is one of the largest educational institutions in Slovakia, with more than 20 years of experience in the language education market. Every week, they deliver over 1,000 lessons for at least 200 corporate clients, thanks to collaboration with more than 160 professional lecturers.
They do not only teach foreign languages – they help companies improve employee performance and deliver measurable business impact.
For precise and efficient operation, the language institute requires a comprehensive and reliable software solution – one capable of handling real-time schedule adjustments, methodological processes, attendance tracking, reporting, and full client management across Slovakia.
Given its current size and increasing quality demands, the existing software could no longer meet EMPIRE’s requirements. They tested several solutions available on the market, but none were sufficiently comprehensive for the scope of their services.
They decided to invest in developing their own software – clear, intuitive, and scalable alongside their growth. The main goal was to simplify employee workflows and improve the standard of services for their clients.
Our challenge and goals
For years, EMPIRE operated on two outdated systems that did not communicate with each other, slowing down everyday processes. Lecturers, clients, and administrators were burdened with unnecessary manual work. Excel spreadsheets, manual scheduling, and copying emails were part of daily operations. We changed that.
Our goal was to develop a centralized system that would cover all agendas, roles, and processes within a single platform – without chaos, endless spreadsheets, or switching between multiple systems.
The biggest challenge was conducting an in-depth analysis and truly understanding EMPIRE’s needs. Since the institute required a comprehensive solution, we had to remain flexible and ready to adapt even during development. Another challenge was the seamless integration with two licensing systems: IAM (Identity and Access Management) and the Notification Center.

We developed a new digital system for the EMPIRE language institute.
We designed a modern software solution that not only unified all activities under one platform but also introduced a higher level of automation.
The new system enables clients to access important overviews and study reports without waiting for administrative responses.

We divided the project into several phases, focusing on unifying agendas, optimizing processes, and creating a clear user environment for all stakeholders.

What used to take hours now takes just a few clicks. The new Notification Center ensures intelligent delivery of notifications without manual system interaction.
