Our customer

21st-century polyclinic MEDANTE is a center providing specialized care with more than 30 top-equipped clinics. It offers stylish yet technically advanced and superior facilities. Thanks to modern equipment, doctors and staff can provide professional care for patients with various types and levels of illness or medical conditions.

One of the polyclinic’s goals is to create a sense of convenience and worry-free access for patients, thanks to modern equipment and progressive processes. That is why MEDANTE strives to follow technological trends and take advantage of the benefits of the digital age.

Our challenge and goals

To continuously improve the quality of services, the polyclinic decided to introduce electronic signing for its patients.

MEDANTE processes a large number of documents daily. For both the clinic and its patients, transferring medical documentation when changing doctors is time-consuming. These processes can increase time and financial costs for both parties.

The aim of implementing electronic signing was not only to streamline processes, but also to reduce costs and improve service dynamics.

At the same time, this allows patients to feel that their time is 100% devoted to finding the best possible treatment and care.

Our solution

We provided the modern holistic MEDANTE polyclinic with a digital advantage in the form of electronic signing. This was integrated into the clinic’s existing system, allowing patients who want to use MEDANTE’s services to conveniently manage numerous documents.

A document handling solution was implemented to enable both staff and patients to work with documents in electronic form.

A digital signature solution was selected that fully meets MEDANTE’s expectations and needs. Our team used the NFQES SaaS API FileGatewayService system, which enables staff to create a document containing the agreement required for signing. After implementing the solution, new and existing patients can now sign agreements with the clinic remotely – electronically from home using their devices.

In practice, this means that when a signature is required, the patient receives an email with a link redirecting them to our NFQES zone. After loading the document, the patient can sign the agreement electronically, and the signed document is then accessible to MEDANTE staff and doctors.

Benefits for the client

After implementing digital signing into the clinic’s processes, several areas became more efficient. With the new solution, the clinic is now able to ensure multiple improvements.
